MiFILE
The 98th District Court (civil filings only at this time) is live with MiFILE. All attorneys submitting filings with the court are required to e-file as required by Michigan Court Rule 1.109(G)(3)(f). Our court has elected to mandate self-represented litigants, and they too are required to e-file. As such attorneys and self-represented filers are required to e-file court documents via MiFile.
You will need a MiFILE account to submit forms to the court. To get started, visit https://mifile.courts.michigan.gov/login and click “Sign Up” in the upper right corner. Creating an account is free. Check out the MiFILE Tutorial below for guidance.
